Our delivery service is a mixture of our own vehicles and carriers.

Deliveries via carriers is 'to door' and is normally completed by 4pm on the day of delivery.Deliveries Before 9, Before 10 and Before 12 can be arranged for a small additional charge.If you have ANY doubt about access to your property please discuss this with us.

Deliveries utilising our own vehicles tend to be for much larger items or bulk orders and will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

In the unlikely event of a missing or damaged part, we will post a replacement to the original delivery address as soon as possible.We do not therefore offer a returns service.
